Sponsorship compliance package
One of the guiding principles of the sponsorship regime is that holding a sponsor licence is a privilege and not a right. In order to maintain and retain the privilege of holding a sponsor licence (and to benefit from the migration which it enables) the Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requires sponsors to fulfil certain sponsorship duties. Our Immigration Team appreciate that ensuring compliance with sponsorship duties can be a challenging task for many organisations, especially when time and resources are scarce. Failure to comply can result in sponsors having their licence revoked, which can have a significant impact on the efficiency of the organisation and the staffing of the same as well as a devastating impact on their sponsored workers.
The training costs £100 per organisation.
